It’s exciting times in Loughborough Junction.

Look out in particular for the Warrior Literary Festival on Saturday 4 June at 8pm in a great location – a disused pub on Coldharbour Lane.
The star line up includes
Stella Duffy, Loughborough Junction’s very own bard; Adam Mars Jones, critic and novelist; award-winning Evie Wyld; Brian Chikwava, author of Harare North, aka Brixton; Jeremy Page, whose novel Salt is set on the salt marshes of Norfolk; Clare Peake, whose memoire of growing up as the daughter of Gormanghast novelist Mervyn Peake is out this week; and Alex Wheatle, the bard of Brixton.
They will be talking about “sense of place and there will be a Q and A
There is a pop bar provided by The Sun and Doves and some great music.
