Excerpt from the Lambeth web site::

Over £100,000 has been allocated to refurbish the playground at Ruskin Park. This will provide the park with better play equipment, remove items that are becoming old or unsafe, and install new bins and safety surfaces. However, the playground will have to close temporarily to enable this work to take place.

The playground will not be available from Thursday 19th February for 6 weeks, and should be reopened by 31st March 2009. We apologise for any inconvenience, but this will provide children with a much better playspace in time for the coming spring and summer.

In the meantime, play facilities are still available nearby at Brockwell Park, Milkwood Community Park, Loughborough Park and Myatt’s Fields Park; information on how to find these sites can be found by clicking on this link
